Temperature probe for special applications
As a competent partner for special applications, SIKA offers customized temperature sensors to solve measurement problems. We specialize in small and medium series and underline our technological leadership with resistance thermometers for temperatures up to 1000 °C as well as probes with modern bus systems. Thanks to our extensive vertical integration and modern production facilities, we are able to manufacture exceptional temperature probes. In order to meet the high quality standards, we carry out numerous tests during development and production.
Industrial version of temperature sensor
Mechanical and plant engineering requires customized temperature sensors for special applications. We can supply both series and special designs, the difference being in the mechanical construction. Decisive criteria are the place of use, the medium, the process connection, etc. We can produce special designs at any time according to customer requirements.
Marin version of temperature sensor
We have many years of experience in the field of temperature sensors for marine and shipbuilding. Extreme environmental conditions prevail on board, therefore our temperature sensors are processed vibration-resistant. Continuous quality monitoring and tests directly on the ship's engine ensure a high number of operating hours. All sensors manufactured by us for marine applications meet the requirements of the relevant classification societies. Special designs according to specific customer requirements are also possible on request.
HVAC design of temperature sensor
We have developed special temperature sensors for heating and air conditioning technology that precisely meet the requirements of the industry. We rely on proven sensor elements such as resistance thermometers (e.g. Pt100 or Pt1000), thermocouples and semiconductors such as the SIKA glass NTC and PTC. Our customers benefit from our extensive know-how gained over decades in order to realize tailor-made solutions.
