Pyrometer Temperature measurement

Welcome to the experts in non-contact temperature measurement. For over 80 years, we have been developing precise infrared pyrometers for industry, research, and automated processes. Benefit from “Made in Germany” quality, personalized expert advice, a wide selection of measurement ranges and optics, and customized solutions for your application. Our devices stand out for their exceptional precision, easy integration, free IR-LOG software, and comprehensive service—from calibration to repair.

The non-contact infrared pyrometers from GRUBATEC AG are used for temperature control in production processes and help to monitor heating processes. They are suitable for a wide range of applications, such as steel, iron, metal, wires, ceramics, hardening, rolling, induction, soldering, forging, forming and vacuum furnaces.

We offer a wide range of instruments, from simple temperature measuring devices to complex temperature control systems. Our analog or digital pyrometers operate in a temperature range from -20°C to 4000°C and can also be used with fiber optics.

Numerous optional additional components and features are available for special requirements, such as variable data output via a regulated current or voltage.

KTRD 4xxx Compact Pyrometer

The digital infrared pyrometer series KTRD 4000 - KTRD 4400 offers a temperature range from 100 to 2500°C. With their serial interface, light beam aiming, vario optics and fiber optics, they are extremely powerful, even though they are as small as a cigarette box.

KTRD 1xxx Universal Pyrometer

The digital infrared pyrometer series KTRD 1000 - KTRD 2000 offers vario optics, look-through sighting device (series 10XX) and light guide with optics (series 14XX). They have a light beam aiming device with green LED, adjustable emissivity, analog and digital output (serial interface) and a switching output. The pyrometers are equipped with the IR-LOG software.

High-Speed Pyrometer

High-speed pyrometers detect rapid temperature changes with virtually no delay and are ideal for dynamic processes.
A variety of measurement ranges, wavelengths, optics, and interfaces allow for optimal adaptation to the application.
With fiber-optic versions and the free IR-LOG software, even demanding measurement tasks can be carried out flexibly.

SCANNER

With the scanner attachments SC 1000 / SC 1012 all pyrometers of the KTRD 1000 series can be converted to line scanners.

Grubatec AG pyrometers help you monitor and control heating processes to ensure consistent quality of your products.
