Turbine flow sensors are measuring devices for recording the volume flow or for dosing tasks of liquids. Due to their compact design, their large measuring range and their high measuring accuracy, they offer almost unlimited application possibilities.

Turbine flow sensors VT15 / VT20 / VT25 / VT40:

The turbine flow sensors in the Turbotron series are measuring devices for recording the volume flow or for dosing tasks involving liquids. Thanks to their compact design, their large measuring range and their high measuring accuracy, they offer a wide range of applications. The Turbotron series is available in nominal sizes DN 15, DN 20, DN 25 and DN 40.

Turbine flow sensors VTY:

SIKA offers technically experienced advice by understanding the applications and working closely with you right from the development phase. We adapt existing standards flexibly to your specific customer and application requirements and cooperate closely in the areas of quality assurance and product improvement to ensure optimum results. Different sensors or functions can be combined with each other. SIKA's turbine flow sensors provide you with precise and robust measuring instruments for volume flow measurement or for dosing tasks with water and water mixtures.

Insertion flow sensors VTY / VTH:

The VTY10, VTH15/20/25 insertion flow sensors have been specially developed for installation in fittings and are characterized by simple and space-saving system integration.

Typical applications for these flow sensors include drinking water tap detection, water treatment and leakage detection. As a rule, the insertion flow sensors consist of three components: a turbine insert, a Hall-effect sensor and a Hall sensor receptacle. This three-part design enables space-saving installation in filter heads and the separate installation of wetted and electrical components. A high-quality sapphire bearing ensures a long service life of the measuring system and enables the measurement of small flow rates from one liter per minute at low start-up speeds.

Turbine flow sensors VTR:

Turbine flow sensors from the VTR series are used to measure various low-viscosity media such as water or coolants. They are made of stainless steel and have a turbine wheel with a hard metal bearing, which gives them a long service life and reliable measurement results. The construction of these turbine flow sensors has been specially designed for a wide range of adaptation options for special applications. There are versions with threaded or flanged connections, a wide range of nominal widths and application-specific sensors that are suitable for a variety of applications. Sensors are available with or without power supply or for high temperatures, for example. To ensure accurate measured values, the characteristic K-factor for each device - the number of measured pulses per liter - is determined at the factory and noted on the nameplate. A 5-point calibration protocol can be created for each sensor on request.
