DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE REGULATOR, measuring range from 0...6000 Pa for air or non-aggressive gases
A differential pressure regulator is a device that measures and regulates the pressure difference between two fluids or gases in order to adjust the flow rate and optimize energy consumption. An analog output signal in the range of 0 to 10 V is available to the user. It is used in many applications such as heating and cooling systems, air conditioning systems and industrial automation systems.
Measuring ranges selectable from 0...50 Pa (0.5 mbar) to 0...6000 Pa (60 mbar)

The GRILLO-DPC differential pressure controller / volume flow controller is used for measuring and controlling small differential pressures of non-aggressive gases, especially air. The device provides as analog output a signal of 0...10V, which has different meanings depending on the setting of the device. When the device is used as a pressure sensor, the output signal is proportional to the measured pressure. As a volume flow sensor, the device provides a square root output signal. For pressure or volume flow control, the output signal serves as a manipulated variable for the PI control.
Differential pressure regulators are used in many applications where it is necessary to regulate the pressure difference between two different areas. Here are some examples of applications of differential pressure regulators:
Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems: Differential pressure regulators are used in HVAC systems to ensure that airflow is evenly distributed through different ducts or rooms.
Hydraulic systems: Differential pressure regulators are used in hydraulic systems to regulate the pressure difference between two different areas, such as the pressure difference in a hydraulic system with multiple cylinders.
Water and waste water systems: Differential pressure regulators are used in water and wastewater systems to regulate the flow of water and ensure that the pressure remains constant in different parts of the system.
Process control: Differential pressure regulators are used in various industrial processes to regulate the pressure difference between different areas and optimize process control.
Medical applications: Differential pressure regulators are used in the medical industry to regulate the pressure difference in various medical devices, such as ventilators.
Overall, differential pressure regulators can be used in any application where it is necessary to regulate the pressure difference between different areas to ensure optimum performance and operating conditions.
