The DPC200 differential pressure and volume flow controller enables the measurement of the smallest differential pressures of non-aggressive gases, especially air. The analog output provides a signal of 0...10V, the meaning of which varies depending on the setting of the device. If the device is used as a pressure sensor, the output signal is proportional to the measured pressure. As a volume flow sensor, on the other hand, the device provides a square root output signal.
The output signal is available for pressure or volume flow control as a manipulated variable for PI control. It can be used, for example, in air conditioning technology, fan control, room pressure monitoring or filter control. In addition to the analog output, an additional alarm output (open collector) is available, which can be used for limit value monitoring or filter monitoring.
