DPC200R Measuring range: 0...6000 Pa (Pascal) Output: 0...10 V (Volt)Supply voltage: 15...30 VDC (direct current), 24 VAC (alternating current)

The DPCs are electromechanical differential pressure/volume flow controllers with a diaphragm measuring system and comprehensive evaluation software. They are used to measure and control the smallest differential pressures of non-aggressive gases, especially air.

Can be ordered in the following variants:

  • Control mode with adjustable:
    • 2 Setpoints
    • PI parameters for PI algorithm
    • Maximum output voltage
    • Control action positive / heating or negative / cooling

The DPCs are electromechanical differential pressure controllers with relay function, which can also be used as volume flow controllers with relay output. They are characterized by their mechanical diaphragm measuring mechanism and extensive evaluation electronics and are used to measure and control the smallest differential pressures of non-aggressive gases, especially air.

They are ideal for use in air conditioning technology for controlling fans (HVAC), room pressure monitoring or filter control. The devices can be used to control air flows or constant pressure in a closed environment.

In addition to the analog output, an additional alarm output (relay 250Vac / 10A) is available for limit value monitoring or filter monitoring. As a volume flow sensor, the device provides a square root output signal. For pressure or volume flow control, the output signal is used as a manipulated variable for PI control.
