Grubatec-DPC differential pressure controllers / volume flow controllers are suitable for measuring and controlling small differential pressures of non-aggressive gases, especially air. A signal of 0...10V is available to the user as an analog output, the meaning of which varies depending on the setting of the device. When used as a pressure sensor, the output signal is proportional to the measured pressure, while the device provides a square root output signal when used as a volume flow sensor. When used as a pressure or volumetric flow controller, the output signal serves as a manipulated variable for PI control.

The DPC310 differential pressure controller / volume flow controller is primarily used in air conditioning technology to control fans, for room pressure monitoring or filter control. In addition to the analog output, an additional alarm output (open collector) is available for limit value monitoring or filter monitoring.

Compared to the DPC200, the DPC310 offers an extended range of functions and greater dynamics. In control mode, the setpoint can be set dynamically, either by an external input of a 10 V DC signal or in combination with a temperature sensor. This means that, in addition to pressure and flow rate, other factors such as the outside temperature can also be included in the fan control. Another improvement is the four preset measuring ranges, which have been combined to suit the application. This increases the range of applications and simplifies ordering and stock management.
