The entire measurement process takes less than a minute!

Switch on the instrument and select the calibration curve that corresponds to your material. Fill the supplied plastic bucket with wood chips and empty it into the measuring chamber. Remove any excess wood chips so that the material is flush with the top edge of the measuring chamber. The illuminated display immediately shows the water content and temperature of the material.

The device has a data logger for up to 10,000 measured values and offers the option of entering additional data, e.g. a batch number. For each stored series of measurements, the device automatically calculates the average. The measured values can be transferred to a PC via the optionally available USB interface. With the included LogMemorizer software, the data can be archived, exported and further processed.
