The FSG moisture analyzer automatically determines the water content of your sample and provides supplementary information such as the measured sample temperature. The handling of the instrument is simple: After your sample has been filled into the large measuring chamber, the measurement can be started immediately and the desired measured values are determined within seconds. After the measurement, the sample material can be conveniently emptied and the FSG moisture analyzer is immediately ready for a next sample.

The Humimeter FSG is an excellent food moisture meter that can be used to quickly and accurately determine the water content in a wide variety of foods. The large sample chamber enables meaningful and representative measurement results for raw and finished products.

In the basic version, peanuts (shelled, unshelled and roasted), macadamia nuts (shelled and unshelled), spiral noodles, almonds and walnuts (shelled and unshelled) are already calibrated. Optionally, other products can be integrated by creating characteristic curves or calibrations.
