The KTRD 1105 series infrared pyrometer is a versatile temperature measuring device for reliable monitoring in production processes, especially for materials such as ceramics, rubber, paper, wood, food and plastics. With a wide measuring range from -20 to 1000 °C, the KTRD 1105 is ideal for applications in food processing, plastics and wood processing as well as for drying processes.
The compact design combines the infrared sensor and the evaluation electronics in one housing. The focusable lens with vario optics and the aiming device with light beam enable precise aiming and measuring. The emissivity can be set directly on the device, and functions such as the analog output (0-20/4-20 mA) as well as zoom and emissivity settings can be individually adjusted via the serial interface.
Thanks to the IR-LOG software, advanced functions such as arithmetic and moving averaging as well as the maximum value memory for data storage and analysis can be controlled. The KTRD 1105 is ideal for demanding processes where precise temperature monitoring is essential, such as plastic thermoforming and paint drying.
