LF-TD 150 Humidity transmitter up to 150°C

Humidity transmitters for maximum temperatures of 150 °C are indispensable in various industries, including laboratory, air conditioning and drying technology, wood processing, food, feed, construction and paper industries, printing, agriculture, biotechnology and medicine.

To ensure the quality of the products, the accurate measurement of humidity and temperature during production, further processing, storage and transport is essential. For this purpose, the LF-TD transmitter series with its robust and easy-to-mount aluminum housing is ideally suited. A 750 mm long stainless steel sensor tube (Ø 12 mm) with screwed-on sensor cap extends the application possibilities of the LF-TD 150 temperature and humidity transmitter. Optional accessories such as various sensor caps (steel sinter, bronze sinter, plastic with or without filter paper, and many more) are available.

The humidity and temperature values are output by means of an analog 4-20mA current output as standard, but other interfaces such as RS232, Profinet, Modbus or USB can also be used as options. An optional display offers the possibility to read the current measured values directly.

Two optional relay outputs allow direct control of alarms or ventilation, with freely configurable switching points and hysteresis.

The problem-free connection to an existing plant is guaranteed by the supplied 5 meter long connection cable including rumspritzt, robust sensor plug (sensor side). The second side of the cable is equipped with wire end ferrules for easy connection, e.g. in the control cabinet.

The capacitive humidity sensor used guarantees long-term stable and accurate measurement results and is resistant to normal contamination and many chemicals. The sensors installed in the humidity transmitters are also characterized by very fast adjustment behavior.

The high measuring accuracy of the LF-TD series is ensured by factory calibration at six humidity points. A calibration certificate is available on request.
