LF-TD 180 Humidity transmitter up to 180°C

To ensure accurate humidity and temperature measurements in manufacturing processes, further processing, storage and transport, the use of the LF-TD transmitter is indispensable. This is designed for maximum temperatures of 180 °C and can be used in various industries such as laboratory, air conditioning and drying technology, the wood processing, food, feed, construction and paper industries, printing plants, agriculture, biotechnology and medicine.

The LF-TD transmitter series, housed in a rugged and easy-to-mount aluminum enclosure, provides accurate and reliable moisture and temperature measurement. A stainless steel tube with a screwed-on sensor cap and a length of 100 mm as well as a cable of one meter length extends the application possibilities of the LF-TD 180. Different sensor caps, such as steel sinter, bronze sinter, plastic with or without filter paper, are available as optional accessories.

The humidity and temperature values are output via an analog 4-20mA current output as standard, but other interfaces such as RS232, Profinet, Modbus or USB can also be used as options. An additional extension of the application possibilities offers an optional display, on which the current values can be read.

Two optional relay outputs allow direct control of alarms or ventilation and can be freely configured. Trouble-free connection to an existing system is guaranteed by the supplied 5 meter long connection cable including robust sensor plug.

The LF-TD series is equipped with a capacitive humidity sensor that guarantees long-term stable accurate measurement results and is resistant to normal contamination and many chemicals. The high measurement accuracy of the LF-TD series is ensured by factory calibration at six humidity points, and a calibration certificate is available upon request.
