LF-TD 90 Humidity transmitter up to 90 °C
Digital humidity-temperature transmitter / for maximum temperatures of 90°C / standard 4-20 mA output / optional interfaces

Precise measurement of humidity and temperature is increasingly important in manufacturing processes, further processing, storage and transport to ensure high product quality. The LF-TD transmitter series is ideal for this and features a robust and easy to mount aluminum housing. A 125mm long, robust stainless steel sensor tube (Ø 12mm) with screw-on sensor cap extends the application possibilities of the LF-TD 90 temperature and humidity transmitter. Different sensor caps such as steel sinter, bronze sinter, plastic with or without filter paper and many more are available as optional accessories.
By default, the humidity and temperature values are output via analog 4-20mA current output, but other interfaces such as RS232, Profinet, Modbus or USB can also be used. An optional display additionally extends the application possibilities, as the current humidity and temperature values can be read here.
Two optional relay outputs enable direct control of alarms or ventilation and can be freely configured (switching points, hysteresis). The trouble-free connection to an existing system is guaranteed by the supplied 5 meter long connection cable including overmolded, robust sensor plug (sensor side). The second side of the cable is equipped with wire end sleeves for easy connection, e.g. in the control cabinet.
The capacitive humidity sensor used guarantees long-term stable, accurate measurement results and is resistant to normal contamination and many chemicals. The sensors installed in the humidity transducers are also characterized by very fast adjustment behavior. Factory calibration at six humidity points ensures high measurement accuracy of the LF-TD series, with a calibration certificate available on request.
