Practical

The test pumps and pressure generators have been developed so that all pressure systems to be tested can be adapted directly. The test item is simply connected via the robust, industrial pressure hose with quick coupling and the adapters supplied. The reference is mounted directly on top of the pump via a positioning adapter.

The desired test pressure is generated by means of the handles and then precisely adjusted with the fine adjustment valve. Thus, the same pressure level is present on both instruments. The pressure release valve enables a stepless pressure reduction and ensures a precise and simple test run even when the pressure drops.

The pressure is displayed via an analog or digital manometer or hand-held measuring instruments. By comparing the display value of the reference and the measured value of the test item, a check of the accuracy or an adjustment of the pressure gauge to be tested can be made.

Mobile and Independent

The SIKA test pumps and pressure generators are ideal for mobile use. The low weight and compact design allow easy transport directly to the measuring point. The instruments are ready for immediate use and operate without additional supply voltage. Nitrogen cylinders or connection to a compressed air network are not required. Wear-free pressure generation is simple and smooth, regardless of ambient temperature and orientation by manual operation.

Basic and Solid version

The basic equipment of the Basic version of each test pump includes a suitable pressure hose. The hydraulic hoses are equipped with a self-sealing quick coupling. In the Solid version, inch, conical or metric adapters are available for all common connection threads. The matching sealing kit is also included in the scope of delivery. The transport case with molded foam insert contains the complete equipment.
