The test specimen is connected via a robust, industrial pressure hose with quick-release coupling and the adapters supplied. The reference measurement is attached directly to the pump using a positioning adapter.

Pressure generation: The test pressure is generated manually using handles and can then be precisely adjusted with a fine adjustment valve so that the pressure is the same on both the test specimen and the reference.
Pressure release valve: The pressure can be lowered precisely with the infinitely adjustable release valve, enabling a controlled and simple test run, even with falling pressure.
Pressure display: The pressure values are displayed on an analog or digital pressure gauge. Comparing the measured values between the reference and the test specimen makes it possible to check the accuracy and adjust the pressure gauge to be tested.

Mobile and independent:

SIKA test pumps and pressure generators are ideal for mobile use. Their low weight and compact design make them easy to transport directly to the measuring point. The devices are immediately ready for use and do not require an external power supply. Neither nitrogen cylinders nor a connection to a compressed air network are required.
