The latest generation of comparison test pumps offers high precision at high pressures and consists of stainless steel parts in contact with the media, guaranteeing wear-free operation.

The well thought-out design of the comparison test pumps allows effortless mounting of test specimens, even with large nominal diameters, without sacrificing manageability. The adapters on the pressure connections offer the possibility of freely aligning the reference manometer and the test specimen, thus meeting almost any test situation.

Depending on the model, the comparison test pumps can be operated with either distilled water or hydraulic oil as the test medium. Distilled water is particularly suitable as a calibration medium, as it can be removed easily without leaving any residue, while hydraulic oil allows easier test pressure generation at test pressures above 1000 bar due to its higher viscosity.

Filling the pressure body and generating the test pressure are easily done via a rotatable spindle. The pressure medium reservoir on the test pump allows large volumes to be charged without any problems. Pressure fluctuations due to air and gas components in the filling liquid, the compensation of thermodynamic effects as well as an exact setting of the desired test pressure are carried out via the fine adjustment.
