Our special SIKA thermometer is ideal for temperature measurement in liquid tanks and is equipped with a perforated, cup-shaped lower part. The display range is 0...120°C.

Housing

The housing has a nominal size of 200 mm and is made of aluminum. It is V-shaped, polished smooth on all sides and anodized in brass color. The numbers of the display range are imprinted in black on the right-hand scale cheek under the anodized layer.

Glass insert (capillary)

The glass insert is a prismatic capillary in the form of a rod, made of solid glass with a diameter of about 8 mm Ø. The background is white background and the liquid filling is blue. The graduation of the capillary is burnt black, which makes it very durable. Main graduation marks, which correspond to the numbers imprinted in the case, are made particularly strong and distinctive.

Thermometric filling

The standard version uses a thermometric liquid in blue color ("Fü"), which can measure temperatures in the range of 0...120°C.

Graduation values and error limits

Our SIKA machine thermometers meet the requirements of DIN 16195 "Requirements and testing of machine glass thermometers". The scale graduation values and error limits are defined depending on the housing size and the display range.
