The SIKA TP 17ZERO dry-block temperature calibrator has been specially developed for temperature calibrations in the range from -10 °C to 100 °C and has been optimized for the generation of ice reference points. With its compact design, it is ideal for on-site use, but also for use in laboratories, workshops and measuring rooms. Its high accuracy of ±0.05 °C at 0 °C makes it the perfect choice for precise calibrations in the low temperature range.

Mode of operation:
The dry block function of the TP 17ZERO has been specially developed to enable simple and precise calibration both in the laboratory and in the field. This sleeve should have an inner diameter that is 0.5 mm larger than the outer diameter of the test object to ensure optimum temperature transfer.
Almost all straight temperature sensors with different lengths and diameters can be calibrated with the adapter sleeves. The dry block covers the entire temperature range from -10 °C to 100 °C without the need to change the calibration medium, which makes handling much easier.
