The SIKA temperature calibrators are versatile, whether in the workshop on site, in the measuring and test room or in the laboratory. They cover a wide range of industries with different fields of application, such as assembly, commissioning, manufacturing, production, maintenance, service, quality assurance, test equipment monitoring and repair.

The dry block function enables easy calibration of the temperature in laboratory and field use. Optimum thermal coupling from block to test specimen is achieved by the matching adapter sleeve, whereby ideally the bore in the sleeve has an inner diameter 0.5 mm larger than the outer diameter of the test specimen. The adapter sleeve can be used to calibrate almost all straight temperature sensors with different lengths and diameters. The dry block covers the entire temperature range without changing the calibration medium, so that the user does not have to consider viscosities, flash points or outgassing.

The extensive range of accessories of the TP Premium series allows time-saving calibration setups and offers numerous practical functions. For example, DUTs can be identified via barcode scanner and an ongoing or already completed calibration process can be displayed on a PC or smartphone anywhere in the world via WLAN connection. Thanks to the possibility of connecting an external measuring bridge directly to the calibrators, many DUTs can be calibrated simultaneously and a factory test certificate is automatically generated.
