The moisture analyzer G110 is an accurate analyzer for moisture determination of a wide range of materials. The measuring range of 110 grams with a resolution of 0.01 grams enables precise moisture determination of materials such as small, unknown, liquid or doughy media, which cannot be calibrated with a humimeter.
The moisture analyzer uses a heating chamber that can be heated up to 199°C with halogen lights. Once the drying process is automatically completed, the moisture analyzer calculates the moisture content of the material using the weight difference.
Although this method is very accurate, it is also time-consuming. The G110 moisture analyzer for various materials has a fully automatic measuring program. To perform the measurement, an appropriate amount of the material to be measured is filled into the sample pan and this is placed in the moisture analyzer. The drying program is then selected, whereupon automatic moisture determination begins. The moisture analyzer heats the material in the drying process up to 199°C and dries according to the selected program until the constant weight is reached. The result is then shown on the display of the moisture analyzer.
