MULTIPLE-PURPOSE SP225 for feeding up to 4 two-wire transmitters

Multiple power supply units for supplying up to 4 two-wire transmitters Plastic housing for mounting on 35 mm standard profile rail according to EN 50022

For supplying up to 4 two-wire transmitters with a DC voltage of approx. 18 Vdc, at signal currents of 4...20 mA. The individual circuits are galvanically isolated from each other and electronically protected against short circuits.

A multiple power supply is an electronic device that is usually used to power multiple devices. Here are some applications of multiple power supplies:

  1. Powering sensors: Multiple power supplies can be used to power sensors in a system. For example, they can feed multiple pressure sensors or temperature sensors used to monitor an industrial process.
  2. Powering actuators: Multiple power supplies can also be used to power actuators such as valves, pumps or motors used to control industrial processes or machinery.
  3. Power supply for display devices: Multiple power supplies can also be used to supply power to display devices such as LCD displays or LED displays used to monitor process parameters or machines.
  4. Power supply for control systems: Multiple power supplies can also be used to supply power to controllers used to monitor and control industrial processes or machinery.
  5. Signal amplification: Some multiple feeders can also amplify signals to provide better accuracy and reliability when monitoring process parameters.

Supply voltage:
approx. 18...23 Vdc, unstabilized
Ripple:
approx. 0.5 Vpp at 20 mA
Signal current:
2 x 4...20 mA, resp. 4 x 4...20 mA
