The Humimeter MS4 Salt Moisture Meter provides reliable and accurate moisture determination for all types of salt.
The moisture meter for salt is easy to operate and provides accurate readings. After selecting the appropriate characteristic curve for the salt to be measured (coarse or fine-grained, road salt or de-icing salt), the measuring device is pressed onto the salt surface with appropriate pressure. The water content and temperature can be read immediately on the large, illuminated display of the moisture meter for salt. By taking several measurements at different points, the average salt moisture can be determined in seconds.
The Humimeter MS4 Salt Moisture Meter offers the possibility to store the measurement results for salt moisture by means of an integrated data logger and to subsequently provide these with additional information such as supplier data or measurement location.
The USB interface enables the transfer of measurement data to a PC and is also used to charge the integrated battery. Using the LogMemorizer PC software, the measured values can be read out from the Humimeter MS4, processed, provided with further additional information, archived, exported and further processed.
The scope of delivery of the Humimeter MS4 includes the moisture meter for salt, a Humimeter USB data interface module with LogMemorizer measurement data acquisition and evaluation software on a USB stick including USB cable for the PC, a wooden case and a Li-Ion battery.
