The Humimeter WLW wood moisture meter is characterized by excellent technical properties and is thus the professional tool for determining wood moisture in production processes of sawmills, joineries and timber construction companies. The wood moisture content provides information on the amount of water present in the test specimen in relation to the dry weight.
The handling of the Humimeter WLW wood moisture meter is simple. Choose a place without bark, knots, resin pockets or cracks and switch on the device. Insert the sensor cable into the socket and fix the plug by turning the screw connection. Select the correct type or group of wood and hammer in the pile driver or hand probe across the direction of the grain.
The measurement result can be read immediately on the LCD display and stored if required. Higher measurement accuracy is achieved by taking several measurements. From the stored readings, the Humimeter WLW Wood Moisture Meter automatically calculates the average value in seconds.
