The SLW moisture meter is suitable for fast and accurate determination of the water content or residual moisture of various materials such as textiles, fabrics, yarns, wool, cotton, viscose, polyamide and many more. It can be used in the manufacturing process as well as for finished products.

A high water content in fabrics and yarns can affect the tensile strength and elasticity. The SLW moisture meter enables fast and reliable quality control of your products.

It is also often used to test garments and textiles before packaging to prevent mold or odor development due to excessive moisture.

As soon as the measuring tips of the device touch the material, it immediately shows the water content on the display. Conversion via tables is not necessary, as the device has stored characteristic curves that directly display the water content of the selected material.

In addition to the device, external electrodes and a sensor cable are required.
