The test item is connected via a robust industrial pressure hose with quick coupling and the included adapters. The positioning adapter makes it easy to attach the reference directly to the pump.

• Pressure generation: The test pressure is generated manually by hand and precisely adjusted with a fine adjustment valve. This ensures that the same pressure is applied to both the test specimen and the reference.
• Pressure release valve: The infinitely variable release valve allows the pressure to be reduced precisely and in a controlled manner, ensuring a smooth test run even when the pressure drops.
• Pressure display: The pressure is measured using an analog or digital pressure gauge or hand-held measuring devices. The comparison of the values between the reference and the test specimen enables an exact check of the accuracy as well as a fine-tuned adjustment of the pressure gauge to be tested.

Basic version:

• The basic version includes a suitable pressure hose with self-sealing quick coupling for simple and secure connections.

Solid version:

• This version also includes adapters for imperial, conical and metric connection threads.
• A sealing kit is also included in the scope of delivery.
• The transport case with molded foam insert offers safe storage and makes it easy to transport all the equipment.

Technical details:

• Pressure medium: The test pumps can be operated with distilled water or hydraulic oil as required.
• Case and adapter set: Available with or without case and adapter set, depending on individual requirements.
