Handling and measuring procedure
Switch on the Humimeter BLL wood chip moisture meter and select the correct characteristic curve.
Insert the Humimeter BLL wood chip moisture meter with the tip pointing straight into the wood chips.
The water content can be read off the display immediately or saved if required. Many measurements can be taken in quick succession. The Humimeter BLL wood chip moisture meter automatically and quickly determines the average value.
Use and display of the moisture content
Before the measurement is carried out, the device should be at approximately the same temperature as the material to be measured (e.g. wood chips).
Measuring process:

Insert the measuring probe into the material with the tip first.

The measuring head must not be covered or dropped.

The measured value is automatically shown on the display of the device.
Flashing measured values:

If the moisture content exceeds 40 %, the value shown on the display flashes.

A flashing value indicates a lower measuring accuracy.

The measuring range of the device is between 10 % and 50 % moisture content.
Storage of the measured values:

The displayed measured value can be saved in the device.
